ARE YOU PREGNANT? LEARN HOW A DOULA CAN HELP.

A free Perinatal Support Program funded by the Blue and You Foundation grant is looking for women in their first trimester of pregnancy to participate. This grant will serve pregnant women who live in Crittenden, St. Francis, Lee, and Poinsett Counties, or if you are delivering at Crittenden Regional Hospital or St. Francis Medical Center.
The grant sponsored by the Delta Area Health Education Center, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Crittenden Regional Hospital, will provide free childbirth education, two prenatal home visits and one postpartum home visit to help provide support, information, and comfort during pregnancy, labor and postpartum periods. The prenatal visits will be provided by a Labor Doula certified through CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association).
