CRH Names Two Service Stars

CRH has named its first two Service Stars. A Service Star is someone who provides excellent customer service or service recovery above and beyond the call of duty. Nominations are submitted by fellow employees and voted on by the CARES team.
This month, twelve individuals were nominated and two were selected, Kevin McBryde from surgery and René Morgan from Med-Surg. Kevin and Rene’ exemplify the CARES model by taking ordinary circumstances and making them into positive experiences for our customers. Congratulations Kevin and René!!
