ER Staff Commended for Excellent Customer Service

The ER Staff was recently commended for excellent customer service when a patient had to be transferred to Memphis and was forced to leave behind her nine year old daughter. Erica Doyle and the ER Staff were more than happy to provide a safe place until her father could drive from Missouri and pick her up. The ER staff was very attentive and the daughter and mother were very appreciative of their compassion and caring attitudes.
