Crittenden Regional Hospital’s Intranet wins Prestigious Diamond Award

For 14 years, the Arkansas Hospital Association (AHA) and the Arkansas Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations have recognized Hospitals for excellence in the quality, effectiveness and impact of healthcare marketing and public relations in the State. This year, Crittenden Regional Hospital’s internal communication tool, the Intranet, was awarded AHA’s highest honor, the Diamond Award. Chosen from over 135 submissions, the Intranet is the first of its kind to win this prestigious recognition.
The web-based Intranet expedites communication among CRH employees, physicians, board members and volunteers. CRH sought a technological solution to better support its mission for excellence and to facilitate daily information updates from home or the hospital.
The intranet’s operating software is in partnership with hospitalportal.net.
